HOUSE RULES
Arrival time
You should be at least 10 minutes before the appointed time. Otherwise we may be forced
to shorten your time.
- Clothing: Jogging pants or a long leggings (no jeans or other leisure trousers).
T-shirt / sweater and socks.
- Clothes with zippers, belts, or other sharp edges are not allowed.
- For Hygiene you should bring you own towel, If not we can rent you one for € 1.50.
Safety
Children are not allowed on the premises.
The Slender you banks, should always be started up by the staff.
Cancellations
At least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise we will have to charge you the session.
We operate by appointment; but you can always contact us either by phone or GSM.
We will always contact you by phone, if for any reason we are forced to change or cancel
your appointment.
Payments
For a subscription, before the first session, or if it is for a new and subsequent period, should be at the last session of the ending subscription.
Single sessions, before the session.
Payment Method
Can be done by Cash, Bank contact, Credit card or Direct debit.
Dormant subscription
A year subscription, can be stopped for up to 2 weeks, once a year, because of vacation.
In case of illness, surgeries, etc. you can also request you subscription to be put dormant for up to 45 days.
Liability
The management and staff does not accept any responsibility for personal accidents the client may have while on the premises, nor for lost and/or stolen property, even if the missing property was placed in the lockers. The lockers are supplied free of charge for your convenience, not for security purposes.
